- Address escalated patient inquiries and complaints effectively.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- A Bachelor's degree is required, along with relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in medical office operations, including registration, scheduling, and billing.
- Proficiency in electronic practice management and medical records systems is essential.
- Experience in specialty care operations, particularly in dermatology, is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in budgeting and financial decision-making.
- Experience managing multiple facilities is a plus.
