RN Supervisor Weekends Job Description

At Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team. As a RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a positive resident experience by providing quality, compassionate healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise charge nurses and other caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee the care of residents, ensuring that clinical systems and programs are functioning as intended.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to evaluate staffing patterns and maintain appropriate nursing service objectives.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, identifying and securing necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor infection control compliance and investigate accidents/incidents.

Requirements:

  • Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
