RN Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team at Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Tyler, TX. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supervising charge nurses and other caregivers, ensuring that clinical systems and programs are functioning as intended, and overseeing the care of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote a safe and effective work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to evaluate staffing patterns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and provide guidance to nursing staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure they meet the needs of our residents.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid licensure as a RN in Texas.
  • Experience in long-term healthcare, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
