Position Overview

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

Compensation: $38+ per hour, inclusive of a company vehicle and fleet card.

Experience Required:
• Minimum of 5 years in Commercial HVAC services.

Licenses/Certifications:
• Valid Driver's License (Mandatory)
• EPA Universal Certification (Preferred)

As a part of our dedicated team at Adecco, our HVAC Technicians are responsible for executing service repairs, conducting equipment maintenance, and performing replacements for our commercial clientele. Our technicians are driven by a strong work ethic and integrity, ensuring that repairs are made efficiently and that equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, which may include:
    • 40 – 100-ton package units
    • Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP)
    • Variable Air Volume (VAV) and Fan Powered Boxes (FPB)
    • Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems
    • Boilers
    • Pumps
    • Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
    • Cooling towers
    • Self-contained units

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Over 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC.
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience and training.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Technical registration with TDLR.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Basic hand tools, including gauges, meters, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and smartphone applications.
  • Ability to conduct basic troubleshooting and system analysis.
  • Self-motivated while contributing to team dynamics.
  • A passion for our company vision and commitment to customer service.
  • Willingness to pursue training and expand industry knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • A valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of driving history.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift and maneuver heavy equipment, parts, and tools exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Work on ladders, lifts, and at elevated heights.
  • Operate in confined spaces.
  • Adapt to extreme temperature conditions.
