Sheet Metal Mechanic Job Description

Perpetual Labor Sourcing is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment. The ideal candidate will work closely with our HVAC technicians to ensure high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment, including ductwork, gutters, and roofing materials.
  • Measure and mark sheet metal according to templates and specifications.
  • Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools.
  • Inspect completed installations and make adjustments as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on sheet metal products and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
