Position Summary:
The Superintendent will oversee the daily management and coordination of construction activities. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and various team members to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion while upholding our commitment to quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and financial management.
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors and other construction staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Analyze and interpret project documentation, including plans and specifications.
- Work in partnership with project managers and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Monitor and report on project status, including key milestones, budget adherence, and any delays.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent within the construction sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and tools.
- Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
