Position Summary:

The Superintendent will oversee the daily management and coordination of construction activities. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and various team members to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion while upholding our commitment to quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and financial management.
  • Coordinate and direct subcontractors and other construction staff.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
  • Analyze and interpret project documentation, including plans and specifications.
  • Work in partnership with project managers and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Monitor and report on project status, including key milestones, budget adherence, and any delays.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent within the construction sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
