- Develop, review, and revise policy and procedure manuals to ensure accuracy and compliance with accrediting agencies.
- Evaluate technical performance and competency of personnel, establishing and maintaining a relationship with each employee to support their career goals.
- Identify, investigate, document, and resolve minor and major problems in the department, keeping department supervisors informed of issues and resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MT/MLT certification from ASCP required.
- 5-7 years of Microbiology experience.
