Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with a Licensed Physical Therapist to design and execute rehabilitation therapy programs.
  • Provide education on the use of adaptive equipment to enhance individual capabilities.
  • Offer clinical consultations across various programs.
  • Assist individuals with therapeutic treatments to maximize effectiveness and encourage self-sufficiency.
  • Carry out assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities. A valid New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license and a current New York State driver's license that meets Agency standards are required.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role with hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, OR a part-time option available on Monday, Thursday, and Friday (24 hours per week).
