  • Brew beverages, manage beverage stations, and organize hot and cold food service areas.
  • Provide food delivery to staff and catering events as required.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations for food handling as mandated by local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Follow security protocols and guidelines specific to the work location.
  • Receive and properly store incoming supplies.
  • Observe scheduled breaks as assigned.
  • Collect and prepare trays for dishwashing and assist in ware washing tasks when assigned.
  • Participate in mandatory training and in-service programs.
  • Handle cash and manage point-of-sale transactions if required for the role.
*Cashier responsibilities may apply as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all policies and procedures established by Whitsons Culinary Group.
  • Support the mission and objectives outlined by Whitsons.
  • Meet all requirements for food handling certification.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Frequent standing, walking, talking, and listening.
  • Utilize hands and fingers to handle, operate, or control objects, tools, or equipment, and reach with hands and arms.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous food service experience is essential.

  • Proficient in speaking and reading English to comprehend and execute job responsibilities.
  • Capable of meeting extensive physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Experience with extreme temperature conditions (hot and cold) due to cooking and refrigeration processes.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor; must work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift between 30-50 pounds as needed.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills are necessary.
  • Must successfully pass background screening.
