Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled AEM Quality Assurance Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience, particularly in Performance Testing, and a strong background in Bioinformatics. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to ascertain system requirements and integrate performance testing within the development lifecycle.
  • Analyze testing outcomes, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance user experience.
  • Design, develop, and maintain performance test cases and scenarios that reflect real-world usage patterns.
  • Utilize performance testing tools and methodologies to simulate high-traffic environments effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements concerning bioinformatics data processing and security.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior testers within the team.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in performance testing and bioinformatics to foster innovation.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Effectively communicate testing progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage testing schedules and resources to align with project timelines.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of the performance testing processes and results.

Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in Performance Testing with a solid understanding of relevant tools and methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of bioinformatics, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.

Education:
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
