Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality expectations and are delivered on schedule.
- Team Leadership: Lead a small team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a zero-accident environment, and ensure contractors' activities are planned and executed with safety as the top priority.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with design leaders, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential problems, and develop solutions to ensure project success.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Science, Building Science, or related field preferred.
- Licensing: General Contractors License preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management or project-related experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in project management software.
