Project Manager

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Manage and coordinate with project teams, including subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Associate Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years of direct supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Competitive base salary up to $120,000
