Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and preparation of proposals, prequalification packages, and presentations with the wider sales team
  • Gather and organize necessary qualification and regulatory documents
  • Keep the proposal log/tracker updated and balance resources to meet proposal schedules
  • Ensure high-quality development, printing, and timely delivery of proposals
  • Manage annual prequalification renewals and track and prepare necessary documents
  • Conduct project research and due diligence to support proposal development
  • Attend pre-proposal meetings with operations team members to understand key requirements
  • Coordinate proposal meetings, reviews, and presentation practices with the project team
  • Develop and maintain key proposal content that strengthens our corporate value proposition
  • Evaluate RFP's, RFQ's, and other project solicitations to determine requirements and develop winning proposals

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing and coordinating proposals
  • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-conscious work environment
