Position Overview:
The Showings Coordinator will play a crucial role in the effective scheduling of property viewings and appointments for clients. This position involves collaboration with external agents and clients to facilitate a seamless showing experience. Responsibilities include crafting property descriptions, organizing photography sessions, selecting images, and promoting listings on the MLS and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a touch of creativity. They should thrive in a multifaceted environment and maintain effective self-organization. The Showings Coordinator will report directly to the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and confirming property showings for clients
  • Collaborating swiftly with external agents and clients to finalize appointments
  • Following up with agents post-showing to gather feedback
  • Distributing feedback to relevant parties (clients, sales team, etc.)
  • Arranging home inspections and access once properties enter escrow
  • Reporting essential showing data to the sales team
  • Conducting home showings for clients as needed
  • Attending photography sessions when required
  • Being present for client home inspections when necessary
  • Supporting the marketing team with promotional activities and client engagement initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
  • A real estate license is advantageous
  • Exceptional organizational skills are essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to remain patient in changing circumstances (e.g., cancellations, rescheduling)
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Proximity within a reasonable commuting distance is required
Compensation: Starting salary of $70,000
