Sales/Client Relationship Specialist

Job DescriptionAs a Lead Service Specialist at Vim + Vigor Fitness, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional member experience. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers through our CRM system, provide personalized tours of the gym, and present membership and personal training options. You will work closely with the Service Specialist team to ensure great service and a clean gym environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist customers with joining the gym and answering membership-related inquiries
- Help current members with membership issues and provide a "happy to help" attitude
- Showcase the gym's amenities and services to potential members
- Work collaboratively with the Service Specialist team to achieve club goals
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Experience with customer service and basic computer operation is preferred. A passion for health and fitness is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
