Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our team, the Service Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. This position offers an average earning potential of $21.42 per hour, which includes base pay and tips.

In the event that average hourly earnings fall below $15 per hour over a two-week period, Jeni's ensures that employees receive the necessary adjustments to meet this threshold.

The Service Assistant is a full-time role responsible for overseeing shifts and executing essential operational tasks, including inventory oversight and financial transactions. This position serves as a mentor and role model for the shop team, mastering all aspects of service and operational functions.

Service Assistants typically work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a strong emphasis on reliable attendance.

Reporting directly to a Shopkeeper or Shopkeeper Apprentice, Service Assistants will receive specialized training focused on daily operations, coaching team members, and effective communication with leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
