As the Senior Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and directing a rapidly expanding Automotive Service startup. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the field operations of AutoNation Mobile Service within your designated area. You will ensure that the strategic vision of AutoNation Mobile Service is executed efficiently, measurably, and in a scalable manner. Additionally, you will lead and manage a high-performing service delivery team while collaborating across the organization to meet growth and profitability objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to achieve regional goals.
  • Optimize market coverage for existing AutoNation Mobile Service vans.
  • Conduct daily meetings with technicians at the HUB.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for fleet services.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the technician workforce, focusing on skill levels and efficiency.
  • Enhance workshop and stocking infrastructure, including identifying suitable operations bases for service vans.
  • Collaborate with parts and dispatch teams to boost pre-booking and Repair Order volume.
  • Lead a team of fleet managers, team leaders, service technicians, and service advisors, ensuring alignment with sales teams.
  • Work closely with sales team members to achieve service sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Specify digital product requirements to support efficient service execution.
  • Conduct field visits to coach and manage the technician workforce, focusing on efficiency and skill development.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities in fleet service operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management and process execution across diverse teams and regions.
  • Proven experience in establishing partnership-focused operating procedures.
  • Industry experience in automotive, mobility, home services, or delivery-related sectors.
  • Experience in leading operations teams across multiple sites.
  • Background in managing customer-related operations, including customer service and field services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate staff.
  • Experience in customer interaction and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of leveraging data analytics for change management and standardization.
