Program Administration Eligibility Specialist

Sevita is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Administration Eligibility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our program administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial eligibility renewals for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor upcoming financial eligibility renewal dates and communicate with program staff to ensure timely processing
  • Enter individual financial eligibility data into our system to facilitate accurate reporting and timely billing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files with eligibility information for clients
  • Assemble, complete, and submit applications, appeals, and other forms related to financial eligibility
  • Research complex eligibility issues and communicate with state/payer/external partners to resolve outstanding issues or follow up on eligibility status
  • Communicate with program staff to alert them of potential blockers or escalations that may impact financial eligibility processing
  • Review AR aging and work with AR team members to resolve eligibility-related billing issues
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree and one year of related administrative support experience preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above requirements
  • In-office expectations will be established between individual employee and state leadership
