Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Imaging Representative to join our team at Houston Methodist. As an Imaging Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our imaging department, providing exceptional patient care and service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient check-in and check-out functions, ensuring accurate and timely registration and scheduling.
  • Respond to patient records requests and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the imaging team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient department operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, including electronic medical records.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, with a focus on providing excellent patient care and service.
