Job Title: Multilingual Radiology Coordinator

SimonMed Imaging LLC is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Radiology Coordinator to join our team. As a Radiology Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Under the direct supervision of the Physician Support Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments at our facilities.
  • You must be proficient in Mandarin and have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and referring offices.
  • You will maintain designated account folders and ensure that patients have been cleared for specific diagnostic tests.
  • You will collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information as needed.
  • You will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the medical field.
  • You will be responsible for communicating regularly with assigned referring offices and sales representatives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and 2 years of experience in the field or a related area.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of insurance plans.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and sit for prolonged periods of time.
