Clinical Technician

As a Clinical Technician at North Carolina Retina Associates, you will play a vital role in the care of patients during their visit. Your primary duty will be to prepare patients to see the physician, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This position requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including effective listening, clear verbal and written communication, and problem-solving abilities. You must also be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, visitors, physicians, administrators, leadership, and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of patients for physician visits

- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff

Requirements
