Commercial Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the restoration industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including property owners, insurance companies, and restoration contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with industry stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the restoration industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the restoration industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
