Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in directing and supervising the retail operations of the store.
- Take ownership and accountability of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and paperwork, and supervise staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service, meet and greet customers, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with purchases, provide product knowledge, and promote sales.
- Operate and maintain cash registers, electronic safe, and other transactional equipment.
- Train and develop customer service associates, and lead them in utilizing transactional equipment.
- Adhere to the Company Loss Prevention Policy, maintain security controls, and prevent theft.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness, organize and maintain the store, and train staff on processes.
- Verify customer age for restricted products, provide answers to store personnel, and document incidents.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Lead CSA at a retail store.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in written and oral forms.
- Strong capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Skilled at basic arithmetic operations, operating a cash register, and computer console.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety requirements, and ability to learn basic and deep cleaning methods.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, ability to meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in small spaces.
