Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Materials Tester to join our team at Nextaff Raleigh. As a Construction Materials Tester, you will be responsible for conducting materials testing, inspections, and daily field reporting. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials and techniques, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct materials testing and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to improve project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction materials testing
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift equipment up to 80 lbs and perform physical activities required of the testing procedures
