Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Food Lion. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of stores to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with store management and associates to promote a culture of quality and safety.
  • Communicate regularly with regional and corporate teams to share best practices and address concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
