Position Overview

  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, and control mechanisms to guarantee precision and reliability.
  • Facilitate financial reporting and budget oversight activities.
  • Direct the monthly financial closing process and evaluate operational performance.
  • Manage the accounting department's functions, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Develop financial forecasts and conduct specialized analyses.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and execute departmental objectives and procedures.
  • Support audit processes and offer suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and present inventory performance results.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounting, budgeting, and internal control frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing context.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.

Work Environment

The noise level is moderate, and occasional travel may be necessary.

The role involves an office and manufacturing/warehouse environment with potential exposure to dust, odors, and noise.

Work Schedule

Anticipated work hours are 40+ per week, typically between 7am-6pm, Monday through Friday.

Work hour expectations may vary based on organizational needs.
