  • Reliability Team Leadership: Lead and facilitate the plant's reliability team, promoting a culture of reliability excellence.
  • Business Reliability Network: Represent the facility in the EOEG business reliability teams and initiatives, driving knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Reliability Knowledge Management: Identify and document key learning opportunities, leveraging knowledge across the business reliability network.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant military experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, or related fields.
  • Driver's License: Current valid US driver's license required.
  • Work Authorization: Ability to work legally in the United States, with no visa sponsorship or support available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
