Salary and Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in Chemistry courses, including lectures, recitations, and laboratory sessions.
- Evaluate student performance based on designated course guidelines and submit grades in a timely manner.
- Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours and provide support as needed.
Qualifications
- Masters or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience working in a diverse academic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to teach Chemistry courses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in Chemistry courses at VCU.
