We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Franklin Dental & Braces - a Benevis company. As an Oral Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental care and patient education in a compassionate environment.
About the RoleYour primary responsibilities will include providing essential dental services, conducting patient assessments, and supporting our mission to enhance community oral health. You will work collaboratively with our team to create smiles and memorable experiences while adhering to all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Dental Services: Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient by providing direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist.
- Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' dental conditions and needs, reviewing medical history as required.
- Education and Support: Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction, guiding them through the treatment process and providing memorable patient experiences.
- Licensure and Experience: Hold current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing; experience is desirable but not always required.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (or proficiency in another language) may be beneficial.
- Competitive Compensation: A competitive hourly rate ranging from $40-$65 per hour.
