As a Service Technician with Carrols Restaurant Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely fashion, minimizing disruptions to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets.
- Work closely with our R&M Budget team to optimize maintenance schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to minimize the impact of maintenance activities on customer service and operations.
