Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of our community buildings and grounds. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and tools, and who is committed to providing excellent service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
- Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
- Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents.
- Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other jurisdictions governing the community.
Requirements:
- Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician include experience in maintenance and repair, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also required.
