Assistant Project Manager Building Designer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator to join our team at Pm Design Group, Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring that all project requirements are met in a timely manner.

You will work closely with internal and external project teams, disseminating information and providing support and insight as needed.

The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail, experience in the production of CDs, and the ability to coach and mentor production staff to ensure the quality and detail of drawings.

A bachelor's degree in architecture is preferred, but 7+ years of experience in the industry is acceptable.

Required skills include Revit and AutoCAD experience, MS Windows Excel, Word, and Outlook, Smartsheet's, Newforma, and proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration.

A competitive salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
