We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator to join our team at PM Design Group, Inc.

As an essential member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of high-quality drawings and construction documents for commercial, retail, and restaurant projects using REVIT and AutoCAD.

You will assist the project manager in developing project documents for bidding and construction, gathering essential information including specifications, program compliance, building code, and agency compliance, schedule commitments, and product research.

Additionally, you will disseminate all information to the project team, communicate regularly with drafting staff, and provide support and insight to ensure all project requirements are met in a timely manner.

The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail, experience in the production of CDs, and the ability to coach and mentor production staff to ensure the quality and detail of drawings.

A bachelor's degree in architecture is preferred, but 7+ years of experience in the industry is acceptable.

Required skills include Revit and AutoCAD experience, MS Windows Excel, Word, and Outlook, Smartsheet's, Newforma, and proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration.

A competitive salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
