We are looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to enhance our large hospitalist team. This group comprises over 70 hospitalists alongside more than 20 midlevel providers. We seek associates who will enrich our culture of teamwork, empathy, and professionalism while advocating for patients and addressing the hospital's needs.
Full-time candidates can anticipate working around 192 shifts annually, with ten-hour shifts that may include afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays. Most providers follow a 7 days on/7 days off schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Facility Highlights: Our facilities have varying patient census levels, with an average of 14-16 patients per physician per shift. The ICU is managed with an Intensivist on duty during specified hours, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
