Robotics Engineer

This is a technical hands-on position involving setting-up/programming/diagnosing robots requiring minimum of 4 years' experience and advance technical knowledge and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming and setup of robots for various manufacturing processes
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting robot-related issues
- Leading a small team of robot programmers and providing technical guidance
- Downloading Offline Programs (OLPs) and configuring robot I/O
- Setting up and configuring robot zones, dress packs, and peripherals
- Auto-debugging and troubleshooting PLC and robot issues
- Improving cycle times and throughput
- Experience with various robot applications, including Spot, Sealing/Dispensing, Stud, MIG, Riveting, Flow Drills, Clinch Guns, and Material Handlers
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 environment and ability to complete daily/weekly tasks
Requirements:
- GRS Certification required
- Minimum 4 years' experience in robotics and automation
- Advanced technical knowledge and certifications
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead a small team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in robotics and automation
- Experience with vision systems and machine learning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
