We're seeking a Technical Sales Representative specializing in Drilling to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll apply your business development experience to identify and nurture client relationships, conduct technical demonstrations, and create engaging sales content.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new potential clients and establish relationships to secure client meetings.
  • Set up technical demonstrations and develop engaging sales content.
  • Track regional market trends to inform targeted sales strategies.
  • Evolve sales methodologies to ensure effective sales tactics meet revenue objectives.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and workshops to deepen ROGII branding in the drilling discipline.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for drilling products and collaborate with leadership to ensure business strategies are aligned.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of ROGII products and competitors.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate exciting content for drilling products.
  • Maintain CRM system and drive sales growth by closing key deals, meeting and exceeding revenue targets while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of business development experience in oil and gas.
  • 2+ years sales/client relationship management experience focusing on drilling products.
  • Experience selling both software solutions and services.
  • Thorough understanding of upstream oil and gas workflows.
