Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Summary: Aston Carter is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain performance meets company standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
