Job Title: CDL Roll Off Driver

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a skilled CDL Roll Off Driver to join our team. As a CDL Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a roll-off truck to collect and transport waste and recyclables to disposal sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a roll-off truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Deliver and remove roll-off containers to and from customer sites, ensuring timely and courteous service.
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, deliveries, and customer interactions.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Interact professionally with internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain prior to hire.
  • At least 19 years of age.
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.
  • No DUIs or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Waste industry experience.
  • 3 years of CDL truck driving experience.
