Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team in Charlotte. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing fire sprinkler systems and other fire protection equipment at assigned job sites.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician will include:
- Conducting on-site service calls to ensure proper functioning of fire sprinkler systems
- Troubleshooting repairs efficiently and preparing accurate service tickets and reports
- Upholding a high standard of customer service and communication
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and strong understanding of materials, tools, equipment, and installation procedures. You should also have working knowledge of NFPA Standards and at least 3 years of service experience, preferably 4-6 years. Nicet Certification is preferred.
