Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Intern for a 2-month internship. In this role, you will be tasked with launching a fast-paced TikTok campaign, producing daily content for our brand, and managing creator collaborations through the TikTok Creative Challenge and/or TikTok Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish daily TikTok content for Tea Collection.
  • Oversee creator partnerships via the TikTok Creative Challenge platform.
  • Draft briefs for creators and negotiate terms with guidance from our digital marketing associate.
  • Provide constructive feedback to creators to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Work efficiently to generate impactful creative content for TikTok and Instagram.

Qualifications:

  • Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while receiving daily direction from a key lead.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and researching digital marketing and social platforms.
  • Prior experience in a marketing role or internship is advantageous.
  • Experience as a creator on TikTok is a plus.
  • Educational background in marketing is beneficial, with an understanding of the marketing funnel.
