Senior Program Associate

Panagora Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Associate to provide project management support, financial management, and operational support to sub and prime contracts. The successful candidate will work closely with the program leadership to develop budgets, implement workplans, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Support program leadership in overall contract management, budget development, and workplan implementation
- Supervise and oversee Activity Office program staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
- Manage employee contracts, benefits, and allowances, as well as coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Recruit and field personnel, draft agreements, and track consultant assignments and billing
- Establish and maintain relationships with activity staff, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Support communications between home office, field office, and technical and management staff
- Identify and document good practices and lessons learned, contributing to SOP development and new project support
- Provide project management and analytical support in corporate and project-level initiatives
- Develop high-quality technical deliverables and incorporate high-impact technical interventions into programs
- Support contract reporting, deliverables, documentation, and procurement of goods and services
- Foster an inclusive, respectful work environment consistent with Panagora's values
- Bachelor's degree in public health, international development, or relevant field with 3-5 years' paid work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year paid work experience in a relevant field required
- Work experience in international development required
- Demonstrated experience in international development programming with USAID or similar contractor or donor required
- Demonstrated program management experience required
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communications skills, and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and intense pressure to perform
- Experience living and working in a developing country preferred
- Proficiency in one or more foreign languages, specifically Spanish and/or French preferred
