About the Role:

This full-time on-site position is responsible for coordinating with clients, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery, overseeing team operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Inspections & Service Team
  • Coordinating with clients, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Ensuring team operations run smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications:

Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills

Knowledge of fire protection systems and regulations

Experience in coordinating and managing service projects

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Customer service orientation and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
