Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Business Analyst to drive process improvements across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with EIA-649, nonconformance documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action systems, and acceptance criteria.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train internal users, external technical teams, and leaders on dashboard, API, and tool usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create process documentation and process maps.
  • Identify process breakdowns and offer improvement suggestions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage technology to further improve processes where appropriate, including incorporating automation.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
