About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. In this role, you will drive business process improvements, analyze requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Eliciting customer requirements through interviews and creating system requirements documents
  • Analyzing and improving business processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
  • Designing mockups and wireframes that meet UX standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of business operations and process improvement principles
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated experience with requirements management software, such as Modern Requirements
  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools, like Atlassian Jira
Compensation and Benefits
