  • Key systems include: Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management.
  • Align IT strategies with business goals, ensuring system quality and security.
  • Define and oversee IT controls for SOX-relevant systems to ensure compliance.
  • Act as the primary IT liaison for executive leadership.
  • Manage annual planning and budgeting processes.
  • Oversee relationships with Managed Service Partners for technical support and project execution.
  • Ensure effective management of cloud data centers, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Standardize and operationalize control activities across financial applications.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Oracle Cloud Financials Phase 2 and 3
    • Asset Management Billing
    • Finance Systems Governance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience with finance applications, focusing on requirements definition and project management.
  • Prior experience with Oracle Financial Applications is essential.
  • Minimum of 8 years in defining and executing SDLC/IT audit controls.
  • 8 years of management experience is required.
  • Expertise in systems architecture, including application and database management.
  • Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Experience in strategic planning and governance.
  • Prior experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
