Join our vibrant team at Virgin Hotels New York as a Lead Junction Agent, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and events.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including room assignments, folios, and incident reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent high-quality service.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
- 2-3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
