Community Experience Manager

BASE ONE is a concept powered by Penzone Salons where guests can elevate their careers and lives in an immersive and inspirational environment. Our community hub offers training, wellness, rentable space for various life experiences, coworking, creative studio resources, and more.
As a Community Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, stocking shelves and supplies, serving specialty coffees and cocktails, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
This is an hourly position with flexible schedules to support our operational hours, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have strong social skills, be able to multitask, and have a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional guest engagement and create a fun, upbeat atmosphere
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and snacks
- Elevate the coffee experience with lattes, espressos, and frappes
- Offer a limited selection of alcohol for team members 21+ years old
- Assist with catering logistics and perform service ring outs
- Check in and check out guests for services and products
- Circulate regularly to ensure guest needs are met and answer questions
- Perform daily opening and closing duties
- Assist with cleanliness, including dusting, stocking, and trash removal
- Maintain company standards, state health board, and alcohol service requirements
- Verify spaces are prepared for the next guest and stock and restock responsibilities
- Move and reset furniture and spaces efficiently
- Onboard guests at BASE ONE, including tours and introductions
- Support basic tech questions and escalate issues when needed
- Upbeat individual with a fashion-forward appearance
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for confident interactions with all demographics
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of scheduled shifts
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- 21+ year old candidates preferred
- Basic understanding of technology support
- Must be able to walk, stand, squat, bend, and lift 20 lbs
- Customer service, SERVE SAFE, or serving experience is a plus
