Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Representative to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Referral Generation: Leverage existing relationships to generate referrals and new business leads.
  • Goal Setting and Activity Tracking: Establish and track goals, ensuring consistent progress towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Appointments: Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Strategic Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including other insurance professionals and community leaders.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community events and activities, building the agency's reputation and establishing relationships with potential clients.
