Compensation Details:
  • Hourly wage starting at $22.00, based on experience and role location
  • Potential for a performance-based raise after 90 days

Key Responsibilities

Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM with some flexibility based on operational needs.

Role Overview: The sanitation team is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the warehouse, freezer, and break areas. Duties include:

  • Regular sweeping and debris removal
  • Addressing standing water
  • Breaking down and recycling boxes
  • Utilizing forklifts or pallet jacks for waste disposal
  • Monitoring for pest activity
  • Completing daily sanitation inspection logs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Training will be provided for the use of essential equipment, including electric pallet jacks, forklifts, floor scrubbers, and scissor lifts.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience using a pressure washer
  • Comfortable working at heights with a scissor lift
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Able to work in refrigerated environments (33°F to 36°F)
  • Capable of enduring extended periods in freezer conditions
  • Commitment to safety and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • One year of prior janitorial experience
  • Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts is advantageous
