Sanitation Associate

Charlie's Produce is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, equipment, and facilities
- Operate a forklift or riding pallet jack to empty garbage and recyclables
- Conduct daily SQF inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the sanitation team to achieve a clean and efficient work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality
- A competitive hourly rate of $20
- A 90-day performance review with potential raise
- Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
